Fire & Ice Series includes 4 workout style yoga flows. The classes combine lengthening & stretching with toning & muscle engagement movements. Find your flow & strengthen your mind & body.
WHAT YOU NEED

- Workoutstyle clothing
- Weights (suggestion 5-10lbs) *use what you are comfortable with & option to change it up during different movements

Once you sign up you gain access to the member portal where you can see the live class links, uploaded replays, dates of classes & what you may need for the class.
