Yoga Nidra Series
Yoga nidra, also known as "sleep yoga", works with a client in savasana or in a comfortable position laying down with blankets and coziness. Then we start with meditation style yoga starting with a breath meditation, a body scan, and then deeper into the emotional, habitual and trauma stores within the body and eventually into the bliss body. This flow can bring you into a restorative state where you feel deeply rested and connects you to the body at a cellular level not normally accessed on a daily basis.
Yoga nidra connects you within the depths of the body, moving through the 5 layers of the self, peeling back the layers and engaging the parasympathetic nervous system. This deep awareness state with a deeply restful undertone allows the body to recover, reconnect & integrate parts of your past and current experiences.
